We are delighted to announce that Ben Selby will be joining the company on 5 January 2015 in the role of Business Development Director. Ben’s appointment is as a result of Kathryn Knight’s departure to take up the post of CEO of Tido Enterprises, a start-up music technology company.

Having started his publishing career with Faber Music, Ben subsequently moved to Oxford University Press and then, in 2003, to ABRSM, where he progressed to become Publishing Director, Group Marketing Director and finally to the strategic role of Business Development Director. At Faber Music he will take responsibility for all of the company’s print publishing functions: primarily Editorial, Marketing and Production. He will also work closely with the Digital and Sales departments as we identify and develop new opportunities both in the UK and internationally.

We warmly welcome Ben back to the company and look forward to having him lead our print and educational publishing business as we enter our 50th anniversary year.
