Jonny Greenwood missed out on a BAFTA for There Will Be Blood, when the winners were announced at the British Academy Film Awards. Paul Thomas Anderson’s highly praised film was nominated in many categories but only picked up a BAFTA for Daniel Day Lewis in the category of Best Actor.

Having already secured a string of nominations and awards, Jonny’s much-acclaimed score for There Will Be Blood includes, among its cues, extracts from two Faber Music works - Popcorn Superhet Receiver and Smear.
