Two artist-approved songbooks of Drones, the seventh studio album by internationally acclaimed rock band Muse, are the latest publications to come from the exclusive publishing agreement between Warner Chappell and Faber Music. The piano, voice and guitar chord transcription is now available, with the guitar tablature songbook being released on 15th July 2015.

The songbooks match the No.1 album, which was co-produced by Muse and Robert John “Mutt” Lange. They also contain a four-page colour section and beautifully reproduced album artwork by Matt Mahurin throughout, to make these the ultimate books for rock musicians and Muse fans.

Released on 8th June 2015, Drones, which is a concept album, topped charts across the world and gained the band’s first US number one album spot.

Matt Bellamy on ‘Drones’
“Drones explores the journey of a human, from their abandonment and loss of hope, to their indoctrination by the system to be a human drone, to their eventual defection from their oppressors.
Dead Inside is where the story of the album begins, where the protagonist loses hope and becomes Dead Inside, therefore vulnerable to the dark forces introduced in Psycho and which ensue over the next few songs on the album, before eventually defecting, revolting and overcoming these dark forces later in the story.
