Simon Lacey has composed the music for 4 episodes of BBC3’s new dark comedy, Twisted Tales.
With intense scripts written by a mix of established writers and upcoming talent, each story is a self-contained episode with a mysterious twist. The tales set out to spook the brain and tickle the funny bone, so be prepared to expect the unexpected.
With titles such as The Irredeemable Brain of Dr Heinrich Hunsecker, The Patter of Tiny Feet and Whacked, Simon’s episodes promise to make compelling viewing. The first, Charlie’s Angel, will be broadcast on Tuesday 1st February at 11:30 pm. Written by Jonathan Harvey (writer of Gimme, Gimme, Gimme), it tells the story of Charlie - haunted by an ex, who hankers after his new love interest and Merlot collection.
