Faber Music is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Executive to help us run our busy sales office in Harlow, Essex. The successful applicant must have a good knowledge of music theory and enjoy working both as part of a team and on their own initiative. Key tasks include inputting orders, answering customer queries and telesales, as well as advising customers on promotions and offers. German language skills are desirable but not essential.

Working hours are 08.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 09:00 – 15:00 on Friday.

Contract: Permanent  
Salary: Dependent on experience
