We are doing everything we can to minimise disruptions to our daily operations. All staff in our London office are working from home and remain fully contactable. In line with the wider book and printed music industries, our Distribution Centre in Harlow remains open for business.
Performance, Hire and Licencing
If you have hired music for a concert which has had to be cancelled or postponed or are considering alternatives like live streaming without an audience, please contact hire@fabermusic.com so that we can assist you. We are very conscious of the huge strain that the current crisis is placing on many performance organisations and we will endeavour to be as supportive as we can when facilitating the necessary changes.
Faber Music Distribution (sales, customer service, accounts and distribution)
The health and safety of all of our employees remains our primary concern. Office-based Distribution Centre staff (order processing, data processing, royalties and all accounts functions) are now working from home. Strict distancing measures are being fully observed by our warehouse staff and the now well-established hygiene practices we have put in place are being fully adhered to.
The fulfilment of purchases made via via this website is unaffected.
