We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Assistant to help us run our busy sales office in Harlow, Essex. Ideally, the successful applicant will have a good knowledge of music theory and enjoy working both as part of a team and on their own initiative. Key tasks include inputting orders, answering customer queries and telesales, as well as advising customers on promotions and offers.
Computer literacy, excellent English language and admin skills are essential.
Working hours: 08.30am – 17.00pm Monday to Thursday and 09:00 – 15:00 on Friday.
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Dependent on experience
