Whereas once space was thought of as empty, we now know that at a subatomic and quantum level, space is a jungle of plasma, a highly charged, creative ecosystem - with matter in the form of particles being one of the things it creates. All life interacts with this jungle; matter meets anti-matter. As the Sun’s plasma rains down on and around us, I imagine tall trees and forest canopies reaching up to touch it, mirroring the plasma jungle around them and dancing with this invisible teeming world of light.
Can we think of ourselves as extensions of space, learning about ourselves?
Can plasmas be said to be living, intelligent and conscious?
Can time be better described as memory?
