Faber Music publishes an imaginative range of titles by some of the UK’s most experienced and influential authors in music education. Our songbooks, teachers’ guides, methods, Spotlight series of mini-musicals and cantatas, confidence-boosting handbooks and choral titles have firmly established our reputation in the classroom, at pre-school, primary and secondary level.
Our catalogue includes a huge range of support materials for pupils taking examinations, technical books with CDs such as Paul Harris’ Improve! series and progressive repertoire in varying styles from Pam Wedgwood, John Kember, Andy Hampton and many others. The success of these publications is underlined by the many music examination boards and educational institutions that select and adopt them worldwide. Since 2007 Faber Music has partnered with The Sage Gateshead and leading children’s charity Youth Music, developing and publishing the supporting resources for the music Manifesto’s National Singing Programme, Sing Up. This innovative scheme is designed to encourage and enable school children of all ages to sing, and has proven extremely popular with schools throughout the nation.
Faber Music also distributes materials by third parties including the ABRSM and Trinity Guildhall examination boards. These products are available here.
