This is a choral download sold with a licence to make up to 30 copies.
A re-working of 'My soul, there is a country' by Hubert Parry taking the harmonies of the Parry and reworking them into a new piece, setting words by Robert Bridges. It must segue into the Parry and should never be performed without it.
Jointly commissioned by the Joyful Company of Singers and Presteigne Festival of Music and the Arts Limited. First performed by the Joyful Company of Singers at the Cadogan Hall, London on 20 March 2010, Peter Broadbent – conductor. With funds also made available by the Presteigne Festival.
