Carl Vine wins Don Banks Music Award 2005
Carl Vine is the recipient of the 2005 Don Banks Music Award, the highest accolade that can be given to an artist by the Music Board of the Australia Council. The announcement was made on 12 November by the Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, Senator the Hon Helen Coonan, at a gathering of friends and music industry colleagues.
